欢迎使用 Trip on Points（triponpoints.com，以下称“我们”）。访问或使用本网站和服务，即表示你同意本条款和我们的隐私政策。如不同意，请不要使用本服务。

1. 使用资格

你必须年满 18 周岁，或已达到你所在地区的法定成年年龄，才能注册和使用本服务。

2. 服务说明

本服务帮助你查询和监控多个航空公司里程计划的奖励票（里程兑换机票）余位。服务目前处于 Alpha 阶段，功能、支持的里程计划、credit 规则和可用性都可能随时变化、暂停或终止，恕不另行通知。

3. 与航空公司无关

我们与任何航空公司或里程计划均无关联，也未获得其认可或赞助。航空公司和里程计划的名称、标志均为其各自所有者的商标，仅用于识别。我们不出售机票，也不代你预订；所有兑换和预订都在航空公司网站上完成，并受航空公司条款的约束。

4. 数据准确性

奖励票余位变化很快。我们展示的结果可能来自缓存，可能延迟、不完整或有误，包括所需里程、税费和余座数量。在转换积分、兑换或预订之前，请务必在航空公司网站上确认。积分转换通常无法撤销；你依赖查询结果做出的任何决定，风险由你自行承担。

5. 账户

• 你应提供真实、有效的邮箱地址。每人只能拥有一个账户。
• 请妥善保管你的登录凭据。你应对账户下的所有活动负责；如发现未经授权的使用，请立即联系我们。
• 邮箱验证通过后（或使用 Google 登录）账户才能获得 credit。游客只能查看缓存结果。

6. Credit

我们可能每月向已验证的账户发放免费 credit（目前为 1000），用于实时查询和 Alert。Credit 没有现金价值，不可转让、兑现或退款，当月未用完的部分不会结转到下月。我们可以调整 credit 的数量、价格和规则；对于通过滥用、违规或系统错误获得的 credit，我们有权扣除或撤销。

7. 可接受的使用

本服务仅供个人、非商业用途。未经我们书面许可，你不得：

• 使用机器人、爬虫、脚本或其他自动化方式访问本服务，或发送异常大量的请求；
• 绕过、规避或破坏 credit 额度、访问限制或安全措施，或对服务进行反向工程；
• 注册多个账户，或使用临时邮箱、别名邮箱，以获取额外的 credit；
• 转售、再分发或商业性地使用本服务的数据；
• 为里程或积分买卖（各里程计划普遍禁止）提供便利；
• 干扰本服务或其他用户的正常使用，或将本服务用于任何违法目的。

8. 知识产权

本服务的软件、设计、文字和品牌归我们所有。在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你一项有限的、可撤销的、非独占的许可，供你个人使用本服务。

9. 第三方服务

Google 登录、航空公司网站等第三方服务受其各自条款和隐私政策的约束，我们不对其负责。

10. 终止

你可以随时停止使用本服务，并通过 support@triponpoints.com 要求删除账户。如你违反本条款，或为保护本服务和其他用户，我们可以在通知或不通知的情况下暂停或终止你的访问。

11. 免责声明

本服务按“现状”和“现有”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作任何明示或默示的保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性、准确性和不间断可用性的保证。

12. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，包括里程或积分损失、机票或差旅费用、利润或数据损失。我们对你承担的全部责任，以你在索赔前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额与 50 美元两者中的较高者为限。

13. 赔偿

如因你违反本条款或滥用本服务而引起任何第三方索赔，你同意赔偿我们并使我们免受由此产生的损失和费用。

14. 条款变更

我们可能更新本条款，并在本页修改生效日期。重大变更会通过网站通知或邮件告知你。变更生效后继续使用本服务，即表示你接受更新后的条款。

15. 其他

本条款中任何规定被认定无效时，其余规定仍然有效。我们未行使某项权利，不构成对该权利的放弃。本条款与隐私政策构成你与我们之间关于本服务的完整协议。本条款提供中文和英文版本，两者如有不一致，以英文版本为准。

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 3, 2026

Welcome to Trip on Points (triponpoints.com, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the website and services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to register for and use the service.

2. The service

The service helps you search and monitor award (frequent-flyer) seat availability across airline loyalty programs. It is currently in Alpha: features, supported programs, credit rules and availability may change, be suspended or end at any time without notice.

3. No airline affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any airline or loyalty program. Airline and program names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only for identification. We do not sell tickets or book travel for you; all redemptions and bookings happen on airline websites under the airlines’ terms.

4. Accuracy of data

Award availability changes constantly. Results may come from a cache and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, including miles, taxes and seat counts. Always confirm on the airline’s website before transferring points, redeeming or booking. Point transfers are usually irreversible; you rely on search results at your own risk.

5. Accounts

• Provide a real, valid email address. Each person may have only one account.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account; tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
• Accounts receive credits only after the email address is verified (or when signing in with Google). Guests can view cached results only.

6. Credits

We may grant verified accounts a free monthly credit allowance (currently 1000) for live searches and alerts. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, redeemed or refunded, and unused credits do not carry over to the next month. We may change credit amounts, prices and rules, and may deduct or revoke credits obtained through abuse, violations or system errors.

7. Acceptable use

The service is for personal, non-commercial use. Without our written permission, you may not:

• access the service with bots, scrapers, scripts or other automated means, or send unusually high volumes of requests;
• bypass, circumvent or interfere with credit limits, access restrictions or security measures, or reverse engineer the service;
• create multiple accounts, or use disposable or alias email addresses, to obtain additional credits;
• resell, redistribute or commercially exploit data from the service;
• facilitate the buying or selling of miles or points, which loyalty programs generally prohibit;
• disrupt the service or other users, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The service’s software, design, text and branding belong to us. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal purposes.

9. Third-party services

Third-party services such as Google sign-in and airline websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@triponpoints.com. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and other users.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost miles or points, airfare or travel costs, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, losses and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will change the effective date on this page. We will tell you about material changes through a notice on the website or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. These Terms are provided in Chinese and English; if the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
